We don’t live locally to our mother in Sheffield and mother is immobile and couldn’t visit the branch so Tracy kindly provided someone to visit her in her own home to assess her requirements.  She now has a chair which accommodates her size (she’s under 5′) and meets her needs adequately. Tracy and her team provided an exemplary service which more than met our expectations.”
