Parkgate Mobility highly commended for delivery of the Motability Scheme

Parkgate Mobility is celebrating being named one of the UK’s leading scooter and powered wheelchair dealerships in a national award that recognises outstanding service to customers of the Motability Scheme. The awards are based on direct customer feedback, and Parkgate Mobility achieved highly commended status in the Large category.

The awards recognise commitment to going above and beyond to deliver high standards of care and achieving phenomenal feedback from Motability Scheme customers. Across three categories – large with a fleet size over 200, medium with a fleet size between 100 and 200, and small for those with a fleet between 35 and 100 – both a winner and a highly commended accolade was awarded.

Having just received our fifth Motability customer service award be assured that our dedicated service and customer care team are there to help and assist.

Anyone who receives the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment, the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or Armed Forces Independence Payment can exchange part of their weekly payment to lease a new scooter or powered wheelchair through the Motability Scheme.
